My name is Ali Kuhlman (she/her). I am a queer, independently licensed clinical social worker continuing my work with youth through private practice therapy after 13 years as a middle school social worker. I work with teens and adolescents, specializing in the exploration of self (specifically in gender and sexuality with LGBTQ+ kids), creation of autonomy, and identification and achievement of goals. I believe deeply in the healing power of connection and, especially for youth, in the magnitude of feeling seen and heard.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer professional development and consultation services to organizations and schools.
